BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to amend Condition No. 1 in Ordinance No. 9834, encaptioned, "AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 1818 HAMILL ROAD, BEING ON THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF HAMILL ROAD NORTHEAST OF STRAWBERRY LANE FROM R-4 SPECIAL ZONE TO C-2 CONVENIENCE COMMERCIAL ZONE, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS," on: A tract of land located at 1818 Hamill Road, being off the southeast line of Hamill Road southwest of Highway 153. Part of lot 3, North Park Office Centre, as shown by plat of record in plat book 49, page 388, ROHC; being part of the property described in deed book 3833, page 558, ROHC. To find the true point of beginning of said part of lot, start on the southeast line of Hamill Road some 320.8 feet northwest, then southwest of the intersection of the southwest line of Hamill Road with the southwest line of Highway 153, said point being the intersection of the southeast line of Hamill Road with the southwest line of a 30 foot wide unnamed right-of-way, thence with said right-of-way southeast, then southwest, some 430 feet to the southwest line of 25 foot wide utility and permanent private access easement, the true point of beginning, thence continuing southwest 288.72 feet to the southeast corner of said lot 3, thence northwest 205.43 feet with the southwest line of lot 3 to the center of a ditch, thence northeast 249.43 feet with the center of said ditch to the southeast line of said 25 foot easement, thence northeast and southeast 206.85 feet with said easement to the southeast line of lot 3, the true point of beginning.
